The Preschool program offers girls a unique opportunity to participate in developing a safe space for children to be introduced into basic gymnastics. This is a parent/tot class facilitated by a certified Synergy Gymnastics coach. The athlete with build fundamental balance and coordination
The Pre-Team program provides beginner gymnasts wth the opportunity to develop their gymnastics skills while being a part of a team. There is an introduction to routines and performance in a non-stress environment preparing the girls to enter either our Xcel or WDP Competitive Programs when they are ready.

Our Pre-Team is perfect for the beginner gymnast who has aspirations of one day being on our team. Girls in the Pre-Team program train with the same group of girls which allows a more continuous skill progression than the traditional recreational program where the groups are changing throughout the year.
This program is for girls who are a Pre-Foundations II/Foundations I skill level (little to no experience required).
Girls in the Pre-Team Interclub program are ages 4-5 and train 1-2 times per week for 120 minutes from January to June. Gymnasts build upon the skills taught in Foundations and may learn routines on apparatus. Pre-Team members may have the opportunity to perform a group floor routine at the Fun In The Sun Invitational (hosted by Synergy in June).
Pre-Team Interclub groups are 10-month programs running from January-June. All Pre-Team girls are required to purchase a Pre-Team suit (~$50), Annual admin fee ($15) and annual Gymnastic BC Recreational Membership (~$65).
Assessment required for entry in our Pre-Team Interclub group. This program is geared towards girls who are independent, have a desire to learn, the ability to focus and take corrections, a positive attitude and who want more challenge and focus than the traditional recreational program.

Please note that the age cut-off for our Pre-Team program is December 31st 2024. Tuition is amortized over the entire session and takes into account closures due to all stat holidays as well as no classes during Spring Break. Please note that there will not be classess the Thursday/Friday/Saturday & Monday of our Fun In The Sun Invitational in June (Dates to follow when confirmed) Registration is for the entire 6 month session. Tuition is broken into equal monthly payments.
In the event of unforeseen Synergy closure/class cancellation, tuition will be put on hold/adjusted accordingly.
