Adult Gymnastics is a program which allows adults 18 years and older the opportunity to learn/maintain skills and participate in select competitions throughout the year with other competitors of similar age and ability. While there is the opportunity to attend competitions it is not required for participation in this program. 

The Adult Gymnastics program has several levels that allow participation by athletes whose skill levels range from beginner to advanced. This is a great program for women who are looking for new ways to stay active, parents of gymnasts who are interested in learning the sport that their daughter loves as well as former gymnasts who would still like to participate in gymnastics. The main purpose of this program is to allow for lifelong participation in the sport of gymnastics regardless of previous experience, skill level or age.
