The Synergy Gymnastics Centre is first and foremost a family. Born from the need to provide a positive and supportive program where girls could not only develop gymnastic skills and technique but self-confidence, a strong sense of self and pride in being a girl. A place were girls support girls and success is limitless.

We believe in Synergy - the interaction of elements that when combined produce a total effect that is greater than the sum of the individual.
